    First let me say, every one I talked to was courteous, polite and not pushy. I did call ahead to ask them to verify with their stock number that they had the vehicle. They have multiple stores and I was informed that it was at the Fiat store in Melbourne. I arrived and was told it was south in another city. I go to the Palm Bay store where it had been a month and discover it is the wrong trim level thus not matching advertised description. In their defense Autocheck shows it could be either, but looking at the rear emblem it was just Touring not Elite nor did it have the elite options like bigger dvd and vacuum.  It was a waste of a morning for me and a negative report for Gator, sorry for both of us. If you are not going out of your way and have time and do the verification yourself it maybe ok to shop here because they did not seem pushy, but you can not trust their record keeping.  I recommend using 'autocheck' in addition to 'carfax' because in this case, VIN: 5FNRL5H95EB077406 indicates two possible trims, bottom line the advertisement is FALSE, it is not a Touring Elite, just Touring.

    Do yourself a favor and skip the sales associate. Every question you ask they have to ask someone else who has to ask someone else. I was looking at vehicles and hit a moon roof button....well the moon roof broke.  Salesman's answer......I'll show you another one ! All I could think to myself was WOW....he still has job....The manager saved the sale because I was ready to walk out and not lQQk back. I didn't purchase the broken moon roof vehicle. ZERO room for price negotiations. Two weeks later I was at a different dealership. I wasn't  ready to move on to a different car and that particular dealership sold me a car. I would have bought 2 Jeeps had the salesman taken time to talk with me !!!!! Buyer beware and make sure it's in black & white.

    Another bad experience at Gator Chrysler this time for my father who takes his truck here for oil changes. He was sent home with 2 loose front wheels after a rotation and almost lost control trying to go home,upon arriving back at the service department he was told "oh I'm sorry you know it's the end of the day they guys are ready to go home" the manager had the vehicle checked for damage and gave him some free oil changes, I personally would not go back there even if it was free.

    Even with a 10:15 appointment, I waited over an hour for a ride back to my house. Replacing just the right side exhaust manifold, they had my truck for nearly 8 hours, unacceptable. Previous recall work to flash the computer memory, with an appointment, 3 hours. I can flash my laptop memory in less than ten minutes
    They only have a one Bay oil change too. It's not worth the wait.
    I had to call and bug them for a status on parts ordered, which they claim was delivered to them but not correctly received into inventory, thus I waited two weeks longer

    Made a appointment for a alignment which was at 2:00pm and It took then 2 1/2 to get it done. I don't understand why it would take that long and being I had a appointment it should of gotten in right away at 2 but it didn't get in till 3. The service department sucks! It will be my last time going there.
